Some users may experience problems when installing the Dekstop Manager, both v6 and v7 Dekstop Manager.
To the solution, please download Alternative Code Signing below
Download certificate:
files/downloads/tools/Certificate_For_BB_Desktop_Manager.zip
Click here to download
How to Install :
Method # 1
Unzip the file you downloaded
- Double click the file Alternative Code Signing Intermediate 2010.cer
- Click 'Install Certificate'
Method # 2 (if after using Method # 1 is still not able to install DM)
Unzip the file you downloaded
- Open Internet Explorer - Tools - Internet Options
- Open Tab Content - Click Certificates - Import
- Browse to the file Alternative Code Signing Intermediate 2010.cer who downloaded - Next - FINISH
After the certificate is installed, please try to re-install Dekstop Manager.
