Here is a special application specifically for SMS Backup for Android that allows you to backup your text messages on the android.
When you deleted sms you can return it with the SMS that has terbackup backup automatically.
SMS Backup+ APP is a small application that automatically backup SMS, MMS, call log entries using a separate label in Gmail / Google Calendar.
It is also possible to restore SMS and call log entries back to the phone every time you want to restore. Remember to enable IMAP in Gmail and set the correct time / zone.
Future version will hopefully fix this, in the meantime please move it back to phone memory if possible.
